We only want one thing, and that's to make the best cookies you've ever had.  That's why all of our cookies are made-to-order & baked fresh. Each cookie is individually air sealed for maximum flavor retention. 

We don't want your cookies sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, so we ship Monday-Thursday on orders placed before 12:00 PST for delivery by Friday. For some destinations, if an order is placed on Thursday ground shipping, your next available delivery date maybe be the following week. Generally you can expect your delicious delivery within 1-3 business days upon shipping.
